Thank you for breeding such wonderful dogs. He is a joy.
Sincerely, Joyce Hosek 3/2010 Hi there,

I wanted to send you a quick note and picture of our puppy Juliet that we got from you around Christmas this past year (she came to us as Tiffany, and was renamed Juliet....Jules for short). She is the most loving and spirited little dog and we simply could not love her more! We live in New York City in a big space in Brooklyn with lot's of parks and a fun dog run nearby. She loves to play with the other dogs and certainly has a special bond with the other beagles :). My fiance jokes that it is such a pain to walk her because everyone must stop to pet and fawn over what a sweet little dog she is...it takes three times as long to get where we are going! Friday we had her spayed, even the vet made a comment that he has never seen a more beautiful beagle with such an incredible temperament. She is taking it easy over the weekend after her surgery, I snapped this photo while she was lounging on the bed looking out the window.
Thank you so much, we simply could not be happier with Juliet!
Warmest Regards,
Katie Martindale and Chris Foreman 2/2010 Hello,

My Fiance and I purchased two dogs from you. Cupcake and Oreo (hawkeye). We got Cupcake first and Oreo about 6 months later. They are both doing great! They are more than than just pets, they are family. The first picture was late last summer and we took it right after their weekly walk at the forest preserve. The second one is Oreo and I at the beach late last summer.
They are both inseparable. They love to play, walk, sleep, give kisses, and they are very picky with treats. Squirrels are their worst enemies. They are very social, friendly, cheerful and happy dogs.
They are also spoiled.
We will keep you updated.
thanks,
Michelle Palomino

Hi Linda, We are the people that bought Gabe.We call him Maxwell(Max for short). Here are three pics of Maxwell. We love him very much!!! Thank you. The Thompson Family Rob, Casie, & Trent

One year old and she is the ruler of our animal kingdom! Our two rottweillers love her and I must say, she is the light of our lives!!

Thank you for such a wonderful baby!

Janet Dreyet 1-11-2010 Linda, Christie and I wanted to drop you a short note about how Ella and our family are currently doing. She is everthing you said you breed for. She is happy, playful and very smart. She has picked up so much in so little tiime it is really amazing. Slowly her and Jake. our 6 year old Weimeraner, are really starting to find each other. Sometimes she hides from him when he gets really playful. He is the first she looks for when she gets out of her kennel. While she will totallly submit to him, she is not apposed to taking whatever toy he has away from him. At the same time she respects him if he lets her know to back off. The outdoors is one of her favorite places, She thinks the snow is the best thing to play in. It doesn't matter how deep it is or how cold it is she just loves to play in it. She is really very quiet though. She is very stingy with her barks. There have only beeb 2 occasions that she has barked continously. Other than that I don't think I have hgeard 2 dozen individual barks come out of her. Most of them are directed at Jake or if she sees her reflection. One minute she will be tearing around the house dragging out every toy in the basket, then the next you can scoop her up into your lap and she will wind right down. One of her favorite things is to sit in our 4 months old's bouncy seat. If it's on the floor she will curl right up in it. We are so happy with her that we tell everyone that if they want a beagle to get in touch with you. When we next look for another puppy you will be our one and only call. Please feel free to use this letter and again thank you for the great puppy! Dan and Christie Huber

Hi Linda, Wanted to drop you a line along with some pictures of Gus! I see that you have a new website underway - We take a look at the new puppies every couple of months or so, out of curiousitiy and oftenb are tempted to get Gus a playmate. Just wanted you to know that Gus is very happy, healthy dog, that is the true light of our life and we are so glad that our search to find the perfect beagle for our family led us to you. Please feel free to post Gus' pictures and our comments and if you ever need a referal, you are welcome to use us! Happy New Year, April Rice & Craig Duncan Hi Linda, Well, I just wanted to let you know that Piper (previously Sage) had her first birthday last weekend! She has been an absolute pleasure., and we are so grateful for you bringing her into this world! Will and I absolutely adore her, and she has been quite the entertaining addition to our little family; Piper and our 9 year old lab are absolutely inseperable! The kids in our neighborhood nicknbamed her "Hyper Piper" and are always asking to play witg her, since ashe lovea children so much! Even our veterinarian has told us that she is beautiful and has perfect markings for a little beagle. We are even hoping to somehow include her in our wedding this upcoming Fall, if her attention span can last long enough! Her favorite thing to do lately is "high five" ( I attached a blurry photo of her doing it ib her little birthday hat!) and giving EVERYONE kisses, she actually whimpers unbtil she's ackbowledged by strangers. She is definitely no guard dog! Thanks for all you do, Marci and Will I just was looking at your website and thought that I would send you an update on "Gabby". Gabby is now Nugget and she is the best beagle ever. Well as good as a beagle can get! I picked up Nugget on New Years Eve of 2005 and it has been a fun and eventful since. Nugget is a lemon and white beagle and people gawk over her all the time! They always say "I have never seen a beagle that color, how pretty!" Nugget is the sweetest little dog in the world! (although she could stand to lose a couple pounds!) She loves to cuddle. She has a ferocious howl and loves to play with her 9 year old, 85lbs lab sister, just stop chewing on her ears Nugget! She is great with my nieces anbd nephews and always wants to lick their face if they have just eaten something. The only thing you have to watch for with Nugget is her nose, of course. She loves to follow scents, so you always have to make sure you have the gate shut or you have her on a leash. But in the end, I would never trade Nugget for the world. She is a great dog and she was bred well. P.S. She has the softest coat I have ever felt on a dog. It is like silk. Thank you, John Webb Wheaton, IL Hi Linda, How are you? I hope everything is going well with you this year. I wanted to send you an update on Rusty. He just had his first birthday. He looks a lot like his mom and he stayed small in size which we love since my mother can easily pick him up. We just love him to pieces:) Thank you, Gloria Barrientos Chicago, IL Buster-The Beagle Barn is the best place to find your perfect dog! Our family reserched for a year the right breeder. When we found the The Beagle Barn web site and spoke with Linda, we had such a good pictures early on that Linda sent us of our pup, we fell in l ove with him. When we went to visit our dog and saw the care he was receiving and the effect it had on his emerging personality we knew we loved him. We met both parents and had all our questions answered. Linda and I still communicate. Beagles are a great with small children with allergies. My kids love him because he is easy to cuddle and walk. He hardly sheds or smells. (I was worried about having a house that smelled like a dog). He is also very smart....I could go on and on about him, but I'm biased. Go ahead, GO FOR A BEAGLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Bev Enhorst Tiffany is the sweetest little beagle who lives in Johnsburg, Illinois! The Beagle Barn is the place to go! We are first time dog owners and I researched Beagle Breeders and found Linda. She is absolutely the "Best". Our three daughters had asked for a puppy for a while and we felt it was time. Linda made this whole experience so easy and wonderful for us. She sent us pictures of Tiffany right away and we fell in love. We scheduled a visit next and Linda gave us a shopping list on what to buy for Tiffany and Linda's own booklet on how to care for her. Linda takes pride in all her beagles and cares about them even after they leave her home at 8 weeks of age. Linda's puppies are worth the wait! Tiffany has brought our family great joy! Lisa Majercik Hi Linda, I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know how things are going with Phoebe. She is such a goofy girl!! House breaking is going VERY WELL, once we got her to go down the stairs to the front door. She really enjoys all the kids in the neighborhood and sits in the yard with us and watches them play. She will be lonely once school starts next week. She is able to sit on command and is doing pretty well with "come". I plan on having some one-on-one with her when the kids are in school. I call it "puppy boot camp". Jen Rankin Hi Linda, I just wanted to show you pictures of Daisey, we got her from you in November. As you can see She is BEST friends with our Lab Gunner. There is no separating these two. They are only 2 months apart. She rules the roost though! Daisey is the most awesome dog I have ever had! She makes me smile every day!!! Thank you SO much for such a angel!!!!!! Jackie Mrnak Linda, Here are recent pictures, Hubble has taken KD under his wing., He sleeps in her bed at times, when she is sleeping in her crate, he lays next to her in her bed. They are so cute together. Thank you again.
Hi Linda sorry I'm late with this but my computer has been in the "shop" for the last two weeks. I noticed in your web page that you had another Abe this year so I will refer to Buster as Abe'07. On June 14 Buster turned 1 year old! He loves to go on walks (just hearing the word gets him excited) and he LOVES little kids and goes out of his way to greet them with kisses on our walks. I am sure this is due to your kids playing with him. I am very very pleased with the way he has grown up, very friendly and a smart dog. He takes to learning very well we got him a ball that cant fit into his mouth but it has a small handle on it and in less than a minute he figured out how to carry it. Another thing is he likes high places (top of the couch) and will often fly to the ground and back up while playing. Again I could not be happier with Buster.

I hope you are in good health and have a Happy July 4th!

Walter Fudala, Jim Sinclair

HI Hope you are doing well, I just wanted to send some pics of our 2 puppies we got from you 2 years ago. One is Frankie and the other is Moe ( you had him named Jay) We love them so much and can't think of life without them. Thank you so much everything - She's been great with our two young kids over the years. She just turned four this month. Thank you, Shawn Hi, Just wanted to let you know Scout is doing great. He's the glue that holds our family together and he's perfect. He's an angel. Here's a pic from his first birthday. We got white cake so he could have a little, but Zach frowns heavily on anyone (me) giving Scout people food. Hope things are well with you! Cindy Perschau Hello Linda: I thought I would share a few pictures of Daisy who just turned 2. She is the most affectionate dog we've ever had, bouncy and fun. If we ever get another dog we'll definitely come see you. She gets along well with our other dog Jake who is a big dog about 78 pounds rott/dob mix, they play well. Plus she is great with the grandkids, they lover her and she loves them, well she loves to take their toys too. I hope everything is well at the Beagle Barn I periodically look at the puppy pictures and know someday I'll be back to see you. Take Care. Sincerely, Nancy Melville Hobart, IN
